ACA Cleaning & Maintenance, Inc. was created out of the belief that class A commercial office buildings were not being cleaned to a standard that the owners of the building spent building their offices. First impressions are created the moment a potential client opens the front door. Is that image being tarnished because of improper and inadequate cleaning services? This was the question that drove the president and founder of ACA Cleaning & Maintenance, Inc. to create a building service company that provided exceptional cleaning services and superior customer service. As a result, ACA, Inc. has thrived in this highly competitive market. We continue to attract great employees and class A office buildings owned by clients who know the value of the saying “you get what you pay for.”

ACA Cleaning & Maintenance, Inc. started out as a small sole-proprietor operation in April 2000 with the name A-Cut Above Cleaning & More. Due to the tremendous success as a result of offering exceptional cleaning service to homeowners, the founder made the decision to incorporate in July, 2004 as ACA (A-Cut Above) Cleaning & Maintenance, Inc. and branch out into class A commercial office buildings. This has proven a successful move attracting major commercial clients who own/lease class A commercial office space. Cleaning and Maintenance Institute (CMI) and International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA). Both organizations are committed to bringing excellence to the building services profession.
